OUR REFUND POLICY

At Al-Bari Technologies, we aim to provide quality ERP software and services tailored to your business needs. By subscribing to or purchasing our ERP products or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

FULL REFUND CONDITIONS:
  1. You are not satisfied with the initial design mockup (first draft).
  2. We did not start your project or were unable to begin it.
  3. We failed to deliver as per agreed documented specifications.
  4. You cancel within 3 days of making the payment.

Subscription-Based Software (Monthly / Yearly)

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • No refunds are offered after activation or use.
  • Cancel anytime, but no prorated refunds are provided.
  • To avoid charges, cancel before the next billing cycle.

One-Time Purchase / Lifetime Access

For lifetime license purchases:

  • No refunds are issued after activation/delivery.
  • Please request a demo or trial before purchasing.
PARTIAL OR NO REFUND CASES:
  1. Design is approved — only 50% refundable within 7 days of payment.
  2. Client unresponsive for 30+ days without notice — no refund.
  3. Domain/Hosting fees ($60) are non-refundable once registered.
  4. Installment plans are non-refundable; cancel with 1-month notice.
  5. No refunds after project delivery or handover.

Paid Services (Implementation / Customization)

These are time-based services and include:

  • Implementation, Data Migration, Training, and Customization
  • No refund once work begins or completes.
  • Partial refund before work begins (admin fees apply).

Add-Ons & Mobile Apps

  • Non-refundable after delivery or linking to account.
  • Recurring mobile app fees are not refunded once charged.

Billing Issues / Duplicate Charges

In case of accidental or duplicate charges:

  • Report within 7 days of the charge.
  • Verified issues are eligible for full refund or credit adjustment.
