Cancellation Policy / Process
At Salsabeel ERP , we are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free cancellation process, ensuring that our clients can manage their subscriptions and services with clarity, fairness, and confidence.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
- You may cancel your ERP software subscription at any time from your client dashboard.
- Both monthly and annual subscription users are eligible to cancel at their discretion.
- Cancellation of one-time license purchases is not applicable (non-subscription licenses).
2. How to Cancel
- Log in to your Al-Bari Technologies ERP dashboard.
- Navigate to the Billing & Subscription section.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm the cancellation to complete the process.

3. Effects of Cancellation
- Your access to the ERP system will continue until the end of your current billing cycle (no immediate cutoff).
- After cancellation, your account will be downgraded and your ERP modules will no longer be accessible.
- We recommend exporting your business data before the cancellation date.
4. Refund Policy on Cancellation
- Refunds for unused months of an annual subscription may be processed on a prorated basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the billing cycle ends.
5. Reactivation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your dashboard and selecting a new plan.
- We store your account data securely for 30 days post-cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
