OUR LICENSE TERMS
These License Terms govern the use of ERP software and related services (“Software”) provided by Al-Bari Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using our software, you agree to comply with the following terms.
License Types
We offer two primary license types:
a) SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) License
- Access-based: You pay monthly or annually to use the software hosted on our servers.
- Includes: Hosting, security, backups, regular updates, and support.
- Termination: Access is revoked upon cancellation or failed payment.
- No source code access.
b) One-Time Purchase License
- Self-hosted: You receive the source code (excluding proprietary components) and deploy it on your own server.
- Lifetime usage rights.
- Support & updates: Included for the first year, renewable annually.
- No monthly or annual subscription required.
License Scope
You are allowed to:
- Use the software for your own business or organization.
- Create unlimited users within your licensed system.
- Access features as per your subscription or license plan.
You are not allowed to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software without written permission.
- Modify or reverse-engineer any part of the SaaS version.
- Use the license for multiple businesses unless explicitly permitted.
License Transfer
Licenses are non-transferable unless written consent is granted by Al-Bari Technologies.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your data.
- In SaaS, your data is hosted on our secured cloud servers and available for download upon request.
- In self-hosted, you control and store your data independently.
Support & Updates
Comparison of support and updates between license types:

Termination of License
Your license may be terminated:
- For violating these terms
- For failing to pay (in SaaS)
- Upon written notice by either party (with at least 7 days’ notice)
Upon termination:
- SaaS access is blocked
- Self-hosted license must stop using branding, updates, and support
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, trademarks, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of Al-Bari Technologies.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Software is provided “as-is”.
- We are not liable for any data loss, revenue loss, or damages arising from use of the software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Disputes shall be resolved under local jurisdiction.
